Instructions for abstract presentation
All invited speakers are welcomed to submit their abstract upon their registrations.
The HPLA25 also has reserved a session for poster presentations by non-invited contributors, including PhD students and early career researchers.
You may submit your abstract here by choosing your contribution type (poster/oral).
All contributions (oral talks and posters) are eligible for paper submission to the EPJ WOC journal.
Abstracts must be submitted in English and have to be formatted as follows:
Title of abstract: Arial font, bold, font size 14, centered paragraph; maximum number of words 20
Authors: First-Author-Surname, A.AXX, Second-Author-Surname, B.BXX, Third-Author-Surname, C.CXX. and So-on; Arial font, font size 14, centered italic font (lead presenter)
Affiliations: Arial font, font size 10, centered
Main texts: Arial font, size font 12; maximum number of words 1000
Please remember:
- The limit for the abstract is 1000 words (excluded references).
- Include the mail address of the corresponding author.
- Abstracts must not contain copyrighted material.
- Abstracts must be uploaded in .docx format.
Instructions for the poster presentation
- Poster size: portrait, width 70 cm, height 100 cm. ID, title, author will appear in each panel to easily identify where to hang up the poster.
- Bring your poster already printed. The conference organizers will provide supplies necessary for mounting it.
Best poster and oral presentation
A laptop pc will be provided to he best poster and oral communication that will be selected at the end of the workshop
