All conference contributors (talks and posters) will have the possibility to submit a paper on the presented work. The expected deadline for submission of materials is 31 March 2026.
Guidelines to the Authors
* For consistency into the volume, only the Latex template will be used for all articles. Please ensure that you use the Latex template and is available on: https://www.epj-conferences.org/for-authors.
* Please be advised that all articles will be screened using a plagiarism-detection tool, and any ethical misconduct will be taken very seriously.
* After publication, EPJ cannot replace a PDF file with a new one, nor insert a correction directly into the published PDF — especially if the change concerns the authors’ names or their order. Any such correction must be issued as a Corrigendum. Any corrigendum/erratum (which does not involve the responsibility of the Publisher) will be charged 300 euros per article. Therefore, to avoid such costly procedure, we strongly encourage you to double-check the names and affiliations of your authors before sending your material to production. If an author's name contains an error, the author will not be indexed. The list of authors cannot be modified after publication, unless there is a serious justification. An author's name cannot be removed or added afterwards.
NB: EPJ will be unable to answer authors’ queries. Any questions regarding your article (e.g., status, certificate, editorial matters, indexing) should be directed to the Editors of the proceedings, not to the publisher.
