Registrations

Registration will open on 25th June with rates that are different depending on different categories and time intervals as reported in the following table.

Registration fees for Member, Non-Member and Students will include:
 
• Admission to all working sessions and exhibition area
• Conference bag, admission to Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner and Technical Tour
• Coffee breaks and lunches 
 
 
Registration fee will not include:
 
• Transfers and accommodation
 
 
Registration fee for Accompanying person include:
 
• Opening Ceremony, Social Event and one Guided Tour
 
 
Student Registration

 

Students must provide proof of their student status in English (e.g. student ID, enrollment confirmation, a letter from their supervisor). Student cards must disply an expiry date. 

Accepted format: PDF, Word document or PNG file (to be uploaded during registration).


 

Welcome Reception

Conference Gala Dinner and Awards Cerimony

Tickets are included with conference registration.

Guest tickets for Gala Dinner: € 140,00 per person

Payment Methods

Payments can be made via:
  • Wire transfer
  • Credit card (MasterCard and Visa only)
 

Cancellation Policy

 
All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email 12ici@enic.it.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original registration.
 
  • Cancellations received by November 21, 2025 → 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
  • Cancellations received by November 22, 2025 → 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received after January 5, 2026 → No refund will be issued.
 
The Organizing Secretariat will process refunds after the congress, deducting a €50 administrative fee. Refunds will also be subject to bank transfer costs.
