Student Registration
Students are required to provide proof of their student status in English (student ID, enrollment confirmation, a letter from their supervisor or similar). Student cards must show the expiry date. You can upload a PDF, Word document or PNG file during registration.
Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will take place on Monday, Februry 16, 2026 from 19:00 to 22:00. Tickets are included with conference registration.
You may purchase guest ticket(s) to the Welcome Reception for 50.00 euro per person.
Conference Gala Dinner and Awards Cerimony
The Conference Dinner will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 19:00 to 23:00. Tickets are included with conference registration.
