You can reach the meeting site (Hotel Hermitage, Strada Provinciale della Biodola, 57037 Portoferraio - LI - La Biodola Bay, Elba Island, Italy) in the following ways:
- By plane to Pisa or Roma (FCO) airports. Meeting buses will be provided from/to;
- By plane to Elba Island (Marina di Campo airport) only few flights from some airports (check here);
- By train to Campiglia Marittima and/or Piombino Marittima, then ferry-boat to Portoferraio;
- By car to Piombino, then ferry-boat to Portoferraio, a short drive to La Biodola Bay (10 km). Since parking is limited at the Hotel Hermitage, we encourage participants to use the meeting buses as much as possible.
EuPraxia_PP Annual Meeting 2024 buses will connect the Meeting site to Roma Airport - "Leonardo da Vinci" (FCO) and to Pisa Airport "Galileo Galilei" (PSA) on the dates of start and end of the Workshop. The rate is included in the conference FEE for participants. Companions can use the workshop bus for free.

Saturday, September 28th: from Hotel Hermitage
- to Roma airport "L. Da Vinci" at 7:00 a.m. (expected arrival at 1:30 p.m.)
- to Pisa airport "G. Galilei" at 7:00 a.m. (expected arrival at 11:00 a.m.)
The EuPRAXIA_PP Annual Meeting 2024 LOC strongly suggests to book a flight for your return from FCO airport with departure time after 3:30 p.m.
