EuPraxia_PP Annual Meeting 2024 will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba (Italy). Participants can choose among the following hotels: Hotel Hermitage and Hotel Biodola.

Reservation will be managed by Participants directly with the hotels only once the pre-registration has beeen accepted.
Please note that the following special rates are intended only during the Workshop dates (22-28 Sept. 2024). If you need extra nights, please ask the hotel for availability and rates.

Prices are intended per person Bed&Breakfast treatment, meals are included in the registration fee, EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED:

Accompanying persons
Prices are intended per person Full Board treatment. No registration fee is expected for accompanying persons and they can participate in all social events, EXTRAS ARE NOT INCLUDED.

Breakfast will be served at the assigned hotel.

IMPORTANT! For delegates who will stay in different hotels the costs of meals for accompanying persons is the following:
- 65,00 Euros per meal per adult
- 35,00 Euros per meal per child (2-12 years old)
All meals have to be paid in advance, during the onsite registration we will give you instructions.
Conditions - how to book your room
To reserve your room at one of the above mentioned hotels, please send an email to the following email addresses mentioning that you are a participant of EuPraxia_PP Annual Meeting 2024.
The hotels will confirm your reservation only after the official participation acceptance.

The hotel will ask a credit card as guarantee at the time of reservation, and could pre-authorise guests' credit cards prior to arrival.
The amount block on the guests' credit card is: 400 EUR for a double room single use or 500 EUR for a double room (250 EUR per participant sharing the room).
Since we have only a limited number of pre-booked rooms, we cannot guarantee to satisfy all the requests. Note that participants can also book their accommodation in a different hotel (self accommodation).
Changes and cancellations
The guest can cancel free of charge until 25th August 2024. After that date in case of cancellation the guest will be charged 400 EUR for a double room single use or 500 EUR for a double room.
A penalty of 80,00€ per day will apply for early departures or late arrivals of in-house guests.
If the guest doesn't show up, he will be charged the total price of the reservation.
