The ESC school will be held from 14th to 24th October 2024 at the University Residential Centre of Bertinoro (Ce.U.B.) located in Bertinoro (Forlì-Cesena, Italy), about 85 km from Bologna.

Students registration will be done on Wednesday October 14th from 10.00 to 13.00.
Registration Fee
The application for 2024 is closed.
Important dates:
- 15 June 2024: deadline early fee (1.200€)
By the end of June the selected students will be informed of the outcome of the first selection; - 15 July 2024: deadline for regular fee (1.500€)
By 20th July the selected students will be informed of the outcome of the second selection.
All the selected students will get the link for the official registration to ESC School and payment details.
- 31st July 2024: payment deadline for all the fees.
This amount covers:
- Tuition and materials
- Accommodation in a double room in the former Seminary from October 14th to the morning of October 24th. (Single rooms are available upon request with a surcharge of 10€ per night).
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the self-service canteen (in the same building as the former Seminary);
- Two daily coffee breaks;
- Social dinners.
The fee does not include travel expenses.
The registration desk will be open on Monday, October 14th, 2024, from 10:00 to 13:00, at Ce.U.B.
Working language
The working language of the school will be English. There will be no simultaneous translation. Participants are expected to have a sufficient understanding of English.
How to get to Ce.U.B.
Here you will find all the information you need to reach the Residential Center of Bertinoro. The school organizes bus transportation from Forlì train stations.
