How to apply

Please, proceed with the following simple steps:

1. Fill out the Application Form for ESC24 and submit it.
2. Ask your professor or supervisor to write a letter of reference, written on official letterhead, confirming the academic and research information provided with the application form. Send a digital copy of the signed letter to esc_contact@lists.infn.it.

Applications are for the entire programme. Applications cannot be submitted for part of the program.

Early fee application deadline has been postponed to 15 June 2024.

Selection of participants

The number of participants is limited to 25. 

Selection of participants will be made by the Selection Committee.

Applicants will be notified of the outcome of their applications by 15th June, 2024.

The fee includes: accomodation, meals, coffee breaks and school participation.
