We are happy to announce that the registration for the GEMMA 2 workshop is now open.
The registration fee includes access to all workshop sessions, coffee breaks, workshop kit and social dinner.
Registration will only be possible through the online registration form below and accepted until August 31st, 2024. On-site registrations are not allowed.
The registration fee is
• 250 EUR until June 28th, 2024
• 300 EUR after this date
The fees must be paid in EUR by bank transfer using the following details.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the full amount (i.e., 300 EUR) upon arrival. Invoice will be issued for any fee paid and sent to your e-mail address.
For accompanying persons, ADDITIONAL tickets for the social dinner can be purchased at the cost of 70 EUR each via bank transfer while paying the registration fee. In this case, a unique registration-fee invoice will be issued.
CANCELLATION
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to supportgemma2@lists.infn.it as soon as possible, and in any case no later than July 15, 2024. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
CODE OF CONDUCT
We faithfully adhere to the code of conduct of the LIGO-Virgo-KAGRA collaboration, and any violations of this code should be reported to supportgemma2@lists.infn.it. Upon registration, it is understood that one tacitly agrees to adhere to the provisions outlined within this code of conduct.
