The Conference programme will begin on Monday May 21st at 9:00 and will close on Friday May 25th at 14:00. Registration will open on Sunday, May 20th at 17:00.
The conference will be held at the Venetian Congress Centre (Centro Congressi delle Venezie) located in the Alexander Palace Hotel**** at Abano Terme (Padova), Italy. A few kms from Padua and surrounded by the relaxing greenery of the Euganean Hills, Abano Terme is a thermal town, famous worldwide for its healing mud and spa treatments. The hotel offers two swimming pools, free for participants. Wi-fi is free for all EURORIB’12 registrants at the Conference place.
The conference will provide full board and lodging to participants from May 20 (Sunday dinner) to May 25 (Friday lunch) at a total cost (including the conference fee) of 780€ for a single room or 630€ for a shared twin bedroom if paid before March 20. After the deadline the fee will increase by 70€. The fee for an accompanying person sharing a room with a participant is 360€, including full board. To increase the interactions among participants, we ask the participants to stay for the full 5 days of the conference. Participants should organize their own trip to Abano Terme.
