In order to preserve the informal character of the meeting and to stimulate presentation of innovative ideas, no proceedings will be published. The programme will include invited, oral and poster presentations. Authors are invited to submit abstracts on the topics characterizing the Conference using this Indico web-interface.
Oral and poster presentations will be selected on the basis of abstract submission. A number of presentations will be allotted to contributions given by graduate students. The web-site for submission will open on November 15, 2011 and will close on January 15, 2012. Authors will be notified about the acceptance of their contribution at the beginning of March 2012.
Please note that the first time that you use the INDICO system you must follow the instructions to create your own INDICO account.
A limited number of grants covering lodging in double room and board costs will be available for students, postdocs and attendees from "emerging" countries presenting an oral or poster contribution. People wishing to apply are kindly asked to add a note in the "Comments" Field of the abstract submission web page. Applicants are then requested to send by e-mail a letter including their current position, their field of activity and the reason for application.
