CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

To register an INFN Indico Account is required. If you do not have one, please create your personal account by following the link "External Users" available in the prompt window that appears when you start the registration process.

REGISTRATION FEES AND DEADLINES
Early registration and payment, by August 20th: 250,00 €
Late registration and payment, after August 20th: 300,00 €
Reduced registration fee for ENEA-Frascati and INFN-LNF: 150,00 €
Reduced registration fee for students: 100,00 €


You will receive confirmation that your registration has been accepted by the organizing secretariat.

If you intend to do a presentation, please complete the abstract submission (see Call for Abstracts).

After receiving the confirmation, you will be able to send the participation fee.

NOTE:
- the bank transfer commission is at the sender's expense;
- since the bank transfer may take several days, a copy of the bank transfer receipt should be sent to the workshop organizers: icfdt7@lists.lnf.infn.it.


INFORMATION FOR ISSUING FEE RECEIPTS

Fee receipts will be issued upon receipt of payments.

Participants must specify in the registration form the details for issuing the fee receipt. They are invited to check with their administration if the receipt must be made out to the institute's name or it may be made out to the participant's name.

If the receipt must be in the name of the participant it is necessary to provide:

  • Name and Family Name of the participant (address and Fiscal Code are optional)

If the receipt must be in the name of your affiliation it is necessary to provide:

  • Exact name and address of the Institute
  • VAT/P.IVA

In case your administration needs a pro-forma document in order to start the payment procedure, please let us know.

It will not be possible to issue electronic invoices through e-invoicing platforms.


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Workshop Organisers as soon as possible. The Workshop committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
