The Meeting Secretariat will take care of hotel accommodation.
The meeting will take place at the Hotel Hermitage located in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba. Participants will be accommodated in Hotel Hermitage, in Hotel Biodola, at Scaglieri Village, and in Hotel Danila all at walking distance.

Accompanying persons
Prices are intended per person Full Board treatment. No registration fee is expected for accompanying persons and they can participate in all solcial events.

Lunch for all participants will be served at the Hotel Hermitage.
Breakfast and dinner will be served at the assigned hotel. Participants staying at Scaglieri Village will have breakfast and dinner at Hotel Biodola.
Social dinner that will be served for everybody at the Hotel Hermitage.
The accommodation will be paid directly to the Hotel of choice. All the hotels accept credit cards.
We cannot as well guarantee to satisfy your hotel choice.
We will email the details of hotel reservation and room assignment to the participants a few days before the meeting.
Changes and cancellations
Registered participants will be able to modify their registration through the web site by Sunday, September 10th. For cancellations or changes after that date, please contact the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail as soon as possible to avoid hotel charges.
A penalty of 60,00€/day will apply for early departures of in-house guests.
