How to apply and register
To apply for the School, the candidates should compile the following application form that can be downloaded here. The candidates should also enclose a recommendation letter from the research group leader or the PhD tutor or school director to your qualifications and interest in participating to the school (please enclose the list of publications).
The compiled participation form, along with the recommendation letters, shall be sent to the Scientific Secretariat (lino.miramonti@mi.infn.it).
The closing date for application is April 15, 2023.
Participants will be limited to 60 and selected on the basis of their CV and the reference letter.
Participation fee
The participation fee amounts to 900€ (VAT included) for attendance, lunches, dinners and lectures material. Some scholarships will be available which will partially cover the Conference Fee; the allocation of scholarships will be decided on the basis of the CV and of the reference letter accompanying the application. The payment of fees will be due after acceptance and before the beginning of the School. Instructions on the payment procedure will be given to the accepted participants.
Lunch, dinner and coffee are offered by the organization, in a structure installed behind the Villa Monastero.
Accommodation directly chosen and paid by the students. A price list of B&B and hotels will be provided to the participants.
