Registration to the Workshop is mandatory to attend the sessions and submit the abstract.
Accepted abstracts (both as oral or poster presentations) will be included in the program and can be published as article on the JNIST journal.

To complete the registration process the payment shall be made by the DEADLINE.

REGISTRATION FEE (EARLY REGISTRATION): 150 €.
The fee includes the welcome drink, coffee breaks, lunches, a short guided tour in Catania, the trip and guide for the Taormina visit and the social dinner in Taormina.
Fee payment must be performed within July 14th by wire transfer using the payment details reported below.

REGISTRATION FEE + Optional event on Saturday (EARLY REGISTRATION): 235 €.
The fee includes the welcome drink, coffee breaks, lunches, a short guided tour in Catania, the trip and guide for the Taormina visit, the social dinner in Taormina and the Mount Etna tour on Saturday.

Please notice that we cannot offer any refund for last-minute cancellations.

Optional tour on Saturday

On Saturday morning (from 9:00 to 16:00) there is the possibility to participate in a tour on volcano ETNA. Unfortunately, the Organization cannot pay for each participant. So you have to pay for it by yourself. The price is 85€ and you have to include it in the fee payment directly. The total fee amount is 235€ (participation fee + ETNA tour).
