- There will be a single common PC used to project the slides at the workshop. Private personal computer for slide projection are not allowed.
- All the speakers are invited to upload the slides the day before the talk. This will allow to speed up the change of speaker and the slide projection during the workshop session.
- The suggested slide format is PDF as this format guarantees to avoid possible problems in the projection. In case a different format (e.g. .pptx) wants to be used, we ask the speaker to send the slides well in advance (e.g. 3-4 days before) so we can check that the slides are properly shown on the PC used for the workshop.
- The agenda is very rich and dense, please respect the allocated time for your talk
