Cultural visit to Musei Vaticani

Welcome to the visit to the Musei Vaticani!
We’ll make a guided tour through the main collections and the Cappella Sistina, starting at 3PM from the Museum lobby, just besides the ticket office; the visit will last about 2 hours.

1) For those attending the morning session at the conference:
we’ll leave together the Aula Gismondi site just after lunch: the bus shuttle is scheduled at 13:10 sharp;
we’ll then catch the Metro A (tickets will be provided at the conference desk) and get out at ”Ottaviano – S.Pietro/Musei Vaticani;
walking to the Museum main entrance is less than 10 minutes.
2) For those reaching the conference on their own:
we’ll meet at 14:45 at the entrance point of the queue dedicated to groups (a person of the secretariat will be present there), which develops on the left of the main entrance along the big ancient Vatican Walls. We will wait the group there, since we’re supposed to reach the visit starting point all together.
