The registration fee for the MA-XRF workshop is 200 €. The reduced fee for students is 150 €.
Students must send to the address: caliri@lns.infn.it, along with their registration form, a letter of support by their Head of Department or Supervisor, specifying their status and eligibility.
The conference fee includes:
- Materials of the conference
- Coffee breaks
- Lunches
- Final cocktail
The payments should be done exclusively in Euro by credit card or by bank transfer.

The Shougun Travel registration webpage for the MA-XRF workshop will open.
Click on the registration button (placed in the bottom-left) to open the registration form. Select the fee (regular or student) and fill in the form with you personal and travel data. You will receive an email with the registration number and the bank data details if you have selected the payment with bank transfer. Registration is completed after the payment is finalized.
Cancellation and refund policy:
All cancellations need to be send by mail (Mr. Salvo Prestifilippo, email s.prestifilippo@shougun.it and Dr. Claudia Caliri, email caliri@lns.infn.it). The administrative cost of 30€ will be charged for each cancellation made by September 30, 2019. Thereafter, a higher fee of 150 € will be invoiced. No-shows will be subject to 100% penalty.
