Citizens of the EU, EEA, Switzerland, USA, most countries in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea do not need a VISA to enter Italy. Citizens of other countries may need a VISA: please check the web page above. Letters of invitation for VISA purposes will be available upon request for registered conference participants. Please kindly express your need for a VISA letter when registering, including a pdf copy of your passport (front and back cover) where all your relevant information can be found (date of birth, etc.). We would also suggest you to make VISA letter request duly in advance, as you can ask for a VISA at your local Embassy/Consulate only after receiving our letter.
