For organisational reasons, the conference will be organised without a fee. We estimate the costs for lunch, coffee breaks and one social dinner at about 130EUR. We will have the price of the coffee breaks in the morning and the afternoon included in the ticket for lunch, which will be around 40EUR per day. The social dinner will cost 50EUR. Tickets (for reimbursement at your home institute) will be provided by the restaurant.
