Venue
The school is hosted in the ICTP campus in Miramare, 10 km north-west from downtown Trieste. Lectures will be held in the Euler Lecture Hall, on the left wing of the Terrace level of Leonardo building, a short walk away from the Galileo Guesthouse, where studenst and lecturers are hosted.
After exiting the Guesthouse, make a left and follow the road downhill a few meters until seeing on your right the start of a trail with indications, take it. You'll pass by a first building (Enrico Fermi building) and then run into Leonardo building, the second and larger one. Get into Leonardo's main entrance and pass by the "InfoPoint" on your left. Take the stairs (or elevator) that are past the big red doors to get to the Terrace Level (one floor up). At the end of the flight of stairs make a right (or a left if you exit the elevator) and get into the hall with lockers: you are four final steps away from Euler.
Meals
Your welcome packages contain an envelope with meal and breakfast vouchers to be used at the ICTP cafeterias and bars. Vouchers are equivalent to cash -- so please make sure not to lose them and do return back to us unused vouchers.
Breakfasts are served in the bar of the Galileo Guesthouse 7h30--10h00am.
Lunches are served in the Leonardo building cafeteria 12h00-2h00pm.
Dinners are served in the Adriatico Guesthouse cafeteria 7h30-9pm. The Adriatico Guesthouse is down in Grignano, by the sea -- it is reached by a pleasant 10' walk or by ICTP shuttle.
