Participants are expected to attend the meeting for its full duration and they should carefully fill in the following Registration Form not later than April 30th, 2009. The registration deadline has been postponed to Friday May 8th, 2009. However, we recommend to register as soon as possible to help us in the meeting organization and hotel accommodation, as well as to update the dates/times of travel whenever are changed. Hotel accommodation and registration The meeting organization will take care of the Hotel reservation. Please note that after this deadline we cannot guarantee an accommodation. The registration fee of 130 € will cover the bus transportation from Rome or Pisa airports to the meeting site and vice versa, coffee breaks and meeting material. Registration fee must be paid at the Meeting Registration Desk (Hotel Hermitage, first floor) upon arrival. In addition to euros, US dollars will be accepted, as well as EC and traveler's checks. Personal checks can only be accepted if drawn on an Italian bank. However, credit cards cannot be accepted for the registration fee. The registration desk will open on May 30th at 5:00 pm. Instructions for Registration to the meeting When you access the registration form for the first time you will be asked for username and password. If you are not an INFN user you must register an account first. 1. Fill the account registration form with your personal data and specify an username and password that you can later use to update your travel information. If you encounter an error notification when submitting the form please disregard it, it's an internal error and does not affect your registration. 2. You will receive a notification email with a link to activate your account 3. Go back to the meeting registration form and fill it with your personal and travel information. If you are not able to create an account contact the meeting secretariat at magic2009@pi.infn.it. You will receive in due time the instructions on how to upload a scan of your ID card to get the ticket for accessing the WiFi internet facilities at the conference site.
