Instructions for talks presentation
The presentations can be in .PPT, .PPTX, or .PDF format. The presentations to the Workshop should be loaded at the secretary desk computer ahead of time with a USB. The secretary desk is open from 8.00 to 19.00 on the 15th and from 8.00 to 14.30 on the 16th. No use of the speaker own computer is allowed: special cases to be presented to the secretary of the Workshop via email ahead of time
Loading time schedule for Talks on 15 June, Thursday
For session 1 and session 2 of the 15th before the starting of the opening session
For session 3 and session 4 of the 15th during the lunch break at the latest

For session 5 and session 6 of the 16th before the starting of session 5 at the latest
Please be aware that the Workshop is very dense. Hence all the speakers should adhere strictly to the time allocated to their talks, i.e., 25’ +5’ discussion.
