The Workshop will take place in the conference center of Park Hotel San Michele - Martina Franca.
Participants are expected to arrive on June 19th, 2010. In order to organize the shuttle service from Bari airport and Bari railway station to Martina Franca, we kindly ask participants to notify us the expected arrival time, date and place.
Scientific sessions will start on June 20th at 9:00; the workshop will end on June 23rd by 13:30.
Due to the large number of contributions submitted to the workshop, the meeting will be organized in plenary, parallel and poster sessions. Two parallel sessions will take place in the afternoon of Sunday 20th and Tuesday 22nd.
PRESENTATIONS
- Windows laptops connected to multimedia projectors will be operative during the sessions for the presentations. Speakers are recommended to use the PDF format. Traditional projectors for slides will also be available.
- Posters will be exposed for all the duration of the workshop. The space available for each poster will be 90 x 120 cm.
- The files of talks and posters will be put on the web page of the workshop.
COMPUTER FACILITIES
Some computers connected to the network will be provided during the workshop. For laptops, a wireless connection will be available in all the area of the conference center.
PAYMENT OF THE FEE
For those who have not provided yet to the fee payment, it will be possible to pay cash at the registration desk (in Euro). We kindly ask participants who have paid the conference fee in advance to bring a copy of the order of money transfer. For accompanying persons, a fee of 50 euros, covering the social dinner and the excursion, can be paid cash at the workshop registration desk.
