7th Edition of the International Workshop on Quantum Chromodynamics
The proceedings of the QCD@Work 2014 (invited talks, contributed talks and posters) will be published online and in a printed volume by EPJ Web of Conferences. The journal policy of publishing integrity is described here.

The deadline for receiving the written contributions is September 10th, 2014. Due to conditions in the agreement with EPJ we strongly recommend the authors to respect this deadline.

The length is fixed to a maximum of

- 8 pages for 30 minutes talks
- 6 pages for the other talks
- 5 pages for posters

The instructions for authors, as well as LaTeX macros and Microsoft Word templates, are available at the EPJ web site

Instructions for authors

They should be downloaded and used by the authors to prepare their papers in the EPJ format. The format of the documents is  17x25 cm  one-columnOnly papers written according to the appropriate macro are acceptable.

The short title of the conference to be inserted in the heading of each article is: QCD@Work 2014

The website  License agreement contains electronic file of the License agreement. Each paper must be submitted together with a signed License agreement form as well as the necessary permissions (if it is the case) for material taken from other sources.

Please send your zipped folder (name_surname) with print-ready PDF file of the manuscript, LaTeX source and figures, by e.mail (with "QCD@Work 2014 Proceedings" in the Subject) to


together with the (signed and scanned) License agreement form. The papers will be peer-reviewed.
