Participation is limited to 50 people. The acceptance of the applications is subject to selection in case the number of registrants exceeds 50. Please, fill the registration form. An e-mail will confirm the submission of your application. After the registration deadline, you will receive a confirmation of the acceptance of your application. Accepted participants must contact the hotel after confirmation of the acceptance and not later than April 30th to complete the registration process by filling the booking form. The cost of the hotel and all other information concerning accommodation can be found here. INFN staff personnel must also register register for this initiative at the site of "here" and the participation will be funded by the personnel training fund.
