In this talk I discuss the results from a global analysis of available neutrino scattering data to constrain some of the standard models fundamental constants, the weak vector and axial charges and the neutrino charge radii. I first explain how these emerge and how they enter the cross sections for coherent elastic neutrino-nucleus scattering and elastic neutrino-electron scattering. I next discuss the results from our fits and also show how a future dark matter experiment such as DARWIN might further improve these measurements.
