Starting from Monday Feb. 16th, a daily shuttle bus will pick up people from Catania to LNS. The pick-up point(s) will be close to the affiliated hotels.
A shuttle service has also been arranged on Sunday Feb. 15th and Tuesday Feb. 17th to pick up participants from the Catania airport and take them to the affiliated hotels.
A shuttle bus will finally accompany participants to the Catania airport on Thursday Feb. 19th, soon after the ending of the meeting.
SUNDAY 15TH - FROM CATANIA AIRPORT TO THE CITY CENTRE
The participants who requested this service will find the bus driver in the hall of the Airport at 16:00, carrying the sign "PHD TECH-FPA RETREAT 2026". The bus driver will wait for maximum 30 minutes for everybody to arrive.
There is only one departure time, as it was impossible to accomodate everybody's needs with one shuttle bus. We apologies for the inconvenience and want to reassure you that you will be able to reach the city with ease using ALIBUS: https://www.amts.ct.it/alibus. It runs every 25 minutes and costs 4€.
TUESDAY 17TH - FROM CATANIA AIRPORT TO THE CITY CENTRE

THURSDAY 19TH - FROM LNS TO CATANIA AIRPORT
Immediately after the end of the retreat, at 16:15 approximately, a shuttle bus will take all participants who requested this service from the Laboratories to the airport.
FROM MONDAY 16TH TO THURSDAY 19TH - FROM CATANIA TO LNS AND BACK
Every day of the retreat, a shuttle bus will pick up participants in the city centre and take them to the Laboratories. A shuttle bus will also accompany participants back to the city, at the end of each day.
