Reservations must be done by e-mail or phone, quoting LNF-X17 otherwise the discounted workshop rates will not be applied and the free shuttle service to and from LNF will not be provided.
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites, or other online booking platforms.
SHUTTLE SERVICE:
Please note that the shuttle bus service (see timetable below) will be provided by the hotel ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE BY EACH GUEST, at the time of reservation (see other details in the table).
Important for those requesting the shuttle: The agreement with the hotels provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
