The workshop will take place at the Aula Salvini, Bldg. n. 36. Participants will be able to access from the secondary gate at Via Enrico Fermi 60, or from the mail gate in Via Enrico Fermi 54 (see map).
Participants who own a valid badge from their INFN structure will be able to use this badge to access the turnstile.
The secondary gate will be open (also for cars):
- on March 19th
from 9 am to 10 am
- on March 20th
from 9 am to 10 am and from 1 pm to 5 pm
After this time - unless they have an INFN badge to use the turnstile - participants will have to go through the main gate at Via E. Fermi, 54.
The guards at the entrance will check the list of registered participants. The Secretariat desk will be in the Bldg. 36 hall.
Lunches will take place at the LNF Canteen, at 13:30
