Guided tour of the Amsterdam Metro line

The Amsterdam Metro line is world-famous for its unique construction methods and the enormous challenges that accompanied them.

On Tuesday, March 18 afternoon, at the end of the working sessions, a local tour guide will tell you all about the almost impossible jobs, drilling in a collapsing city center and building the deep stations. Not only did the line cause criticism and debate from the start, but also curiosity and amazement! The metro runs from North to South in 16 minutes, but in this 1.5-hour tour, you will get to see all kinds of things of the North/South line, both above and below ground. Be updated on the technology, architecture and art along the North/South Line. The architects and artists have given each station its own identity, making it unique! Are you also curious about what Amsterdam's new metro line will look like from the inside? Then don't hesitate and find out all about this wonderful line through this guided tour....
