The MAYORANA School&Workshop to be held in Modica from 16 to 25 June 2025 will be the second edition of an event that aims to exchange ideas and opinions on topics related to neutrino physics but which have an impact on different branches of physics: astroparticle physics, nuclear physics, particle physics, development of new detectors.
MAYORANA School&Workshop is divided into two phases: in the first, professors, students together with other physicists will participate in the Workshop where new results and the state of the art achieved by various experiments around the world and the new theories developed will be presented. In the second phase, the School, physicists who are prominent for their skills and their studies on neutrinos will hold lessons aimed at students who will thus have the opportunity to delve into frontier topics for the academic and research world. All this while maintaining a climate of sharing ideas and knowledge.
