They will cover 2 coffee breaks per day (for 5 days), 5 buffet lunchs, some gadgets, and more.
Participation to the Social Dinner and to a touristic visit are free; they can be booked by paying some additional fees (instructions later on).
The conference fees will be collected by the agency "FRCongressi". They can be paid by bank transfer or by credit/debit card following the instructions in their form
