Slides will use the 16:9 aspect ratio, PDF format.

Presentations must be uploaded to Indico at least half a day before their scheduled time

There will be no provision for Speakers to use their personal computers for presenting
Poster Presenters
- Poster size: portrait, width 70 cm, height 100 cm (the A0 size also will be supported);
- ID, title, author will appear in each board to easily identify where to hang up the poster;
- Posters should be printed in advance - no possibility to print onsite;
- Organizers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters;

Assigned poster boards will be ready each morning from 08:00. All presenters are asked to hang their posters as soon as possible in the same morning of their assigned poster session. This way all delegates will be able to study them ahead of the poster session and come prepared with specific questions.
Presenters are also kindly asked to remove their posters at the end of the session.
All contributions (oral, poster) must be uploaded in Indico under the relative contribution, PDF format only.
