The Conference will be held in the Building. n. 36. Participants will be able to access from the main gate at Via Enrico Fermi, 54 (see map);
for people arriving by train, the secondary gate at Via Enrico Fermi, 60 (near Tor Vergata Station) will be open at the following times:
November 6th:
morning 8.30 am - 9.30 am
afternoon 6.00 pm - 6.30 pm
November 7th
morning 9.00 am - 10.00 am
afternoon 5.30 pm - 7.00 pm
November 8th
morning 9.00 am - 10.00 am
afternoon 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Participants who own a valid badge from their INFN structure will be able to use this badge to access the turnstile.
The guards at the entrance will check the list of registered participants. The Secretariat desk will be in the Bldg. 36 hall.
Lunch will take place at the LNF Canteen, at 13:30.
