The registration has been open since July 15th, 2024 and will close two weeks before the start of the Collaboration Meeting, i.e. on September 23rd at 09:00 A.M. CEST.
Modifications to the form are allowed until the same deadline.
Please register by filling out one of the two forms, depending if you are an INFN associate (using INFN travel funds) or a non-INFN participant:
- Form for INFN participants only (requires AAI authentication)
- Form for all other participants
Instructions for the payment of the fee (wire transfer only), 390 euros, will be sent separately by email.
