From 04/06 to 14/06 the school will take place in the Aula Magna of the Department of Physics and Astronomy (DIFA) "Augusto Righi" of the University of Bologna. More historical info on DIFA can be found (also in english) at this link.

Some activities (tutorials, hands-on, discussion) will be in other rooms of the building: Room IR-0A (ground floor) and IR-2A (second floor). Follow the indications on-site and the leads from the organisers.
Hands-on GENIE activities will take place in 12/06) Room D of via Irnerio 42 (building next to DIFA) and room Aula BP-2B in the DIFA modern building located in via Berti Pichat 6/2 13-14/06) room D of DIFA via Irnerio 46 (historical building) and room BP-2B in Berti Pichat. The organisers and tutors will guide you to those location, so don’t worry!
On the first day Monday 3rd June, the school has taken place in the prestigious room dedicated to Giorgio Prodi, in the monumental complex of San Giovanni in Monte in the city center of Bologna, and its great sixteenth-century cloister. The room hosts a marvellous '500 fresco made by Bartolomeo Cesi that depicts the royal wedding from the Parable of the Great Banquet of Matthew 22:1–14.
