Fee reimbursement policy
If a participant will need to cancel their participation, the reimbursement of the fee will follow the following conditions:
- Cancellation before May 5: 50% of the paid amount will be reimbursed;
- Cancellation before May 19: 25% of the paid amount will be reimbursed.
The request for the cancellation of participation shall be sent to fam.eventi@unibo.it
