Proceedings

The proceedings of QCD@Work 2024 (invited talks, contributed talks and posters) will be published by EPJ Web of Conferences.  The journal policy of publishing integrity is described here. As explicitely requested by the journal, articles might be checked in a plagiarism tool, and any ethical misconduct will be seriously considered.
 

The deadline for receiving the written contributions is October 1, 2024. Due to conditions of the agreement with EPJ, we kindly ask the Authors to respect the submission deadline.

The length of the contributions is fixed to a maximum of

- 8 pages for 25 minutes talks
- 7 pages for the other talks
- 6 pages for posters.

The instructions for Authors, with LaTeX macros and templates, are available at the EPJ web site  Instructions for Authors.

The LaTeX macros should be downloaded and used by the Authors to prepare their papers in the EPJ Web of Conference format. The format of the documents is  17x25 cm one-column. Only papers written according to the appropriate macro are acceptable.

The Copyright section of the website contains instructions about the Copyright, together with the electronic file of the License agreement form. Each paper must be submitted together with a signed License agreement form. The  permissions (if it is the case) for material taken from other sources must also be included.

Please send your zipped folder (name_surname) with print-ready PDF file of the manuscript, LaTeX source and all figures, by e.mail (with "QCD@Work 2024 Proceedings - Author's Name" in the Subject) to

workshop.qcd@ba.infn.it

together with the signed License agreement form.

All contributions will be peer reviewed.
