Submission deadline
The call for abstracts for ECFA2023 remains open for posters only (the call for oral presentation abstracts closed on 22nd July).
Abstracts on all aspects of recent work that goes across projects, on new developments since the first ECFA workshop in October 2022, and on R&D plans by consortia as submitted to the DRDC, are particularly encouraged.

You need to have an infn indico account to submit an abstract. If you don't have it you can create it by following the link to "enter as external user", then click the button "if you do not have an INFN indico account yet, you can create one here" and follow the instructions (see slides 2-5).
Please choose a Track from the appropriate menu and select whether you propose an oral presentation or a poster under the "Contribution type" menu. Please add a description of the content of your proposed contribution.
If you plan to present a poster check the option for "on-site" printing that is available here
It is possible - but not mandatory - to also add a pdf file with the abstract.
