Catania–Fontanarossa Airport
Catania–Fontanarossa Airport (CTA) is an international airport located 4.3 km southwest of Catania. To get to Four Points by Sheraton Catania, either take a taxi or catch the ALIBUS.
By public transport
If you decide to take a bus to Four Points by Sheraton Catania from the Catania-Fontanarossa Airport, you have to change a bus at the central station. From the airport you can take the airport shuttle named ALIBUS to the central station (Stazione Centrale), the ticket costs 4 euro one way. At the central station, you should take bus 534 to the bus stop - Antonello da Messina Est. Please, remember to buy another ticket for the 534 bus. The ticket price is 1 euro, and you can buy it in a machine next to the bus stop at the central station. The ALIBUS operates from 4.40 am to 12.00 am, every 25 mins (please check the timetable on the official website https://www.amts.ct.it/alibus). Remember to validate your ticket at the automatic counter inside the bus once you get in.
By taxi
Taxis are available at any time outside the airport. The price ranges from € 20 to € 35 depending on the destination. Call the Radio-taxi service (+39-095-330966 +39-095-330966) which offer a flat fare between the airport and different locations in Catania.
