- AR Workshop:
- Date 24/25 February from 10:00 to 13:00 Online
- We need a calendar on TEAMS as soon as possible
- Three proposals ready received from EA, CdS and INFN
- Spain Team will explain how AR/VR work and will prepare example using the proposals the partners sent.
- Few exercises for children will be provided.
- Our goal is to create exercises for Teachers
- AR/VR open platform will be accessible to the Teachers
- At the end of the project teacher will be available to create new examples.
- Multiplier Event
- Face to Face meeting should be possible from March.
- We are planning to have it hybrid mode.
- Participants List document is needed for receiving the corresponding budget
- Registration Form: to be filled out by the participant
- this should be done in google form
- this will be done x country in the proper language.
- Disclaimer is important to be included and accepted
- Common Mailing list is on Teams for the registered teachers only.
- Certificate is for the Teacher
- Evaluation Form for every ME
- Results in excel file
- Online or on Paper
- Questions are the same and cannot be changed but can be translated.

- should be prepared 2 weeks in advance and shared with the partners
- it is half day long (4 hours)
