Conference Proceedings
The RICAP-2022 Conference proceedings will be published by EPJ Web of Conferences.


In agreement with edp sciences, we have decided to speed-up the preparation of the proceedings in order to publish the special issue at the end of 2022. The deadlines that we have to meet are:

  • First submission date to Electronic Submission System:  September 22th, 2022
  • Submission deadline to Electronic Submission System:  December 15th, 2022

The length of the requested paper depends on the type of the contribution prepared for the Conference:

  • Talk in the Conference Plenary Session: up to 8 pages, including figures and bibliography;
  • Talk in the Conference Parallel Session: up to 4 pages, including figures and bibliography;
  • Summary Talk in the Conference Plenary Session: up to 10-12 pages, including figures and bibliography;
  • Poster in the Conference Poster Session: up to 2 pages, including figures and bibliography.

All articles must be submitted on-line using the SAGA on-line submission system.

Please submit your contribution selecting (under "Filter by section") the session to which you have contributed.  

Take care to proper name your files, for example

  • surname-of-the-first-author_article” for the proceedings;
  • surname-of-the-first-author_licence” for the licence.

Each contributed paper will be submitted to a reviewer.  The deadline for accepting the papers, after the reviewers work and revision will be December 31st, 2022.
 

Article format

For the reviewing phase the authors will have to upload their article as PDF file. To prepare this file you can use LaTeX or Word using the template provided here below:

For consistency into the volume we require to use the one column format.  For the reviewing phase we require to send the article with lines “numbered”.
