Description
Established in 2019, the ALICE Diversity Office monitors issues of diversity, promotes initiatives regarding diversity and inclusion within the ALICE Collaboration, and serves as a direct liaison with the diversity offices at CERN and the other experiments at the LHC. In addition, the ALICE Diversity Office collects yearly statistics used to investigate the time evolution of membership trends at ALICE across various categorical demographic and geographical variables, such as gender, career status, and region of affiliation. This talk will provide a summary of the activities promoted and organized by the ALICE Diversity Office since its inception. Moreover, the time evolution of these statistics, including data from our most recent survey, will be shown, particularly focusing on the level and amount of responsibilities held by ALICE members among differing demographic groups.
