The Consortium Agreement document is now ready. INFN President will sign it this week and then it will be circulated to all the partners.

 

Bank coordinates have been requested by Laura Ferrara to all the partners. Template ready

 

Small correction to the Management Plan and Quality Assurance plan. Last version available on TEAMS shared area.

 

Dissemination

 

Dissemination Plan document is almost completed. Some corrections and change proposed by the partner have been discussed, approved, and added. We have now the version 3.

 

  • Logo is now available in many format (banner, rectangular, squared) and types.
  • WEB page structure has been discussed and approved. The next step is to provide an excel file with the three and all the texts needed
  • Deadline is October 30th.
  • Dissemination log and Event planning (excel file) are stored in the Teams directory: Dissemination/Dissemination management/Management Tools
    • All the activities done by the partners, strongly related to the project, have to be reported in the Log. They can be local, regional, or national.
    • All the events, conference, science festival, related to the project, have to be reported in the planning file.

 

Need Analysis

 

  • Survey is now ready and available in English here: https://forms.gle/E2kbciLKw7UmukFW8
    • primary and secondary school teachers, head teachers, teacher trainers and educators to collect their feedback on the experiences, challenges, and opportunities in their teaching practice as the world adapts to the “new normal” caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Partners can now translate in their own language it and send to the teachers.
  • A minimum of 25 answers per country are requested.
  • Deadline for a detailed analysis is November 15th.

 

Transnational meetings

  • The November TM in Bilbao has been postponed to February 2021 due to the COVID-19 restriction still valid in many countries.
  • The 2022 TM will be held in Athens (1-15 July 2022) and in Birmingham (December 2022)

 

Next coordination meeting will be held online on 27 October at 10:00 a.m.
