Safety COVID-19 Protocol during Fermilab 2021
On August 2nd, access for everyone, with the exception of LNF employees, both students and speakers organizers, will take place from number 60 (entrance near Tor Vergata station). They will have to deliver the below attached Covid-19 Access Form at the entrance; the same will be even if a speaker, a student or an organizer will access on August 3rd and/or 4th.
On August 2nd, access to the Guesthouses will be possible only from 5:30 p.m. Therefore any baggage will be stored in the checkroom and/or placed in special garment bags; on August 3rd and 4th, the Guesthouses must be vacated between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and until 5:30 p.m. it will not be possible to access them.
In case of urgency, access to the Guesthouses, during the prohibited hours, will be allowed only after contacting the RSPP Sandro Vescovi.
At the beginning of each day each participant will be given one surgical mask that must always be worn in the closed environments and can be removed outdoors only if the interpersonal interpersonal is more than 1 m.
