Description
We report on our study of pion and kaon form factors in three-flavor
QCD with dynamical overlap quarks. Connected and disconnected meson
three-point functions are calculated using the all-to-all propagator
on a $16^3 \times 48$ lattice at a lattice spacing of 0.11 fm.
We present preliminary results for the electromagnetic, scalar and
weak decay form factors.
