the StudioCongress agency is a partner of the symposium organization. Among the many services, they will manage the welcoming and fee payment. A registration form needs to be filled and sent to info@studiocongress.it
Here are some important points:
- concerning the Abstract Submission procedure, we suggest you to download and modify the LaTeX template we have prepared specifically for the symposium and that you can find here. It is preferable that you submit your abstract by attaching the PDF file obtained by processing this template.
- For the participants who need the invoice headed to Italian public Institutions, the registration form is here. For all the other participants, please click here. It is mandatory to fill all the fields, to save it and to attach it in the Registration page of the website.
- We are not able to offer a service for hotel booking. We advice you to use the wide available booking sites and to make a reservation as soon as possible given the large demand in Napoli for the period of the Symposium.
