Main goals:

1. review the current status of the project, and specifically the issues met during the 2018 test beams;
2. define the workplan and timeplan for the readiness of the beam, including a dedicated testbeam in early 2019 (without TPC);
3. define the workplan for the characterization and debugging of the TPC, in preparation for the physics run in Catania.
