The Workshop

Dates

The Workshop will start in the morning of Monday, May 20^th and finish in the evening of Friday, May 24^th, 2019.
The scientific program of Monday and Friday will be organized in plenary sessions; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in three parallel sessions. The daily work schedule will be concentrated in the morning and in the evening leaving room for informal discussions around lunch time.

Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday, May 19^th and depart on Saturday, May 25^th. See the Arrival and Departure Information sections on the Registration for more details.

Social events

A welcome cocktail will be offered in the evening of Sunday, May 19^th at the Hotel Hermitage

A social dinner will take place on Wednesday, May 22^nd evening in the Hotel Hermitage area.
